Exchanges, Replacements, Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your Jaded Secrets Lingerie purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns received later than 30 days, but within 60 days of the invoice date, will receive a store credit. Jaded Secrets Lingerie must authorize all returns.
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you received faulty merchandise, or we inadvertently sent you an inaccurate order, we will reimburse the return shipping rates, and ship an exchange or replacement item back to you at no additional cost.
We must receive merchandise in original packaging with all filler material enclosed for inspection reasons. We CANNOT accept used, worn, or washed merchandise. All merchandise must be returned with all tags intact, in unused, unworn, unwashed condition, within 30 days of the invoice date. If a return has obvious signs of use, you will be responsible for the cost to have the merchandise shipped back to you.
A refund will be honored for faulty merchandise returns only. Otherwise, an exchange for size will be honored. Refunds credit back to original payment methods upon our receipt and inspection of a faulty merchandise return. Please allow up to 10 business days for a return to be processed, and up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or warehouse error, you will be responsible for all return shipping cost. We will not refund return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or warehouse error. Please use an insured delivery confirmation method when returning merchandise, as we cannot be liable for lost or misdirected parcels while in transit.
Holiday Return Policy
We provide an alternate return policy during the holiday season. Any merchandise purchased in the month of December will have a merchandise return grace period until January 31 of the New Year. The standard return policy guidelines above do apply to our holiday return policy so please be sure to read it carefully. Jaded Secrets Lingerie must authorize all returns.
Jaded Secrets Lingerie reserves the right to refuse any return we may deem as invalid or non-compliant.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
For faster delivery, orders are shipped via one of the three major freight carriers (UPS-USPS-FedEx), contingent to your postal zone. In stock merchandise usually ships, within 1 to 2 business days, with a transit time of approximately 10 business days. Orders placed on the weekend usually ship the following business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed and ready for shipment.
Separate Parcel Shipments
Although we make every effort to ship merchandise together, it may be necessary for us to ship items in separate parcels to assure faster order arrival time. We do not charge addition shipping rates if items are shipped separately.
Holiday Seasonal Delays
During the holiday season, our distribution center may close unexpectedly resulting in order shipment postponement, or the freight carriers may become abruptly overwhelmed resulting in delivery rescheduling. These occurrences are mainly due to weather or other issues that typically arise during the holiday season. Please note that we will do all we can to appease you during those hectic times.
