Is Jaded Secrets Fashions Secure?

What should I do if there is a problem with my order or delivery?
When a delivery service takes possession of a package, they become legally responsible for the security and timely delivery of that package. If a package is damaged on receipt, or lost or misdirected while en route, it will be customer responsibility to file a claim with their local shipping carrier’s customer service branch. Customer must retain all packaging materials and fillers for shipping carrier inspection purposes, otherwise, the claim may be denied by the shipping carrier. Each shipping carrier executes independent dispute resolution procedures and will provide further instruction during claim initiation. If JadedSecrets.com shipped the wrong item/order, or the item had production flaw upon receipt, customer may return the order as stated in the return policy.

Will I be charged any fees if I return my order?
We do not charge handling or restocking fees when items are returned, as stated in the return policy. Otherwise, we charge a 20% handling and restocking fee. Also, if promotional items are not enclosed or returned with a related order, an item value fee (cost of item) is withheld in addition to the 20% handling and restocking fees. Fees are deducted from any refundable amount due the customer, prior to payment method reimbursement. We reserve the right to refuse any uncooperative returns.

If I return my order, who pays return postage?
Return postage is customer responsibility, unless Jaded Secrets Fashions shipped the wrong item/order, or item had production flaw upon receipt; in which case, we will issue store credit for return postage once we receive and inspect the return. Replacement items are reshipped free of additional shipping cost. Store credit is not issued for return postage when customer orders the wrong item, color or size.

What if the item I ordered is no longer available?
We do everything feasible to keep sufficiently stocked inventory, but we cannot guarantee merchandise availability until we initiate order fulfillment. This is primarily due to item popularity and our first come, first serve order fulfillment processing system. When merchandise is no longer available; prompt notification is provided along with a full refund back to the original method of payment.

Can I return clearance, discontinued or reduced merchandise?
Clearance, discontinued and reduced merchandise is neither returnable nor refundable, unless Jaded Secrets Fashions shipped the wrong item/order, or item had production flaw upon receipt; in which case, we will either issue store credit or reship a replacement item free of additional shipping cost. If original item purchased is no longer available due to discontinue or backorder, a comparable replacement item will reship free of additional shipping cost.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Regrettably, orders cannot be changed or canceled once checkout is finalized and order confirmation is received. The only option is to wait for the order to arrive and then return it back to us, as stated in the return policy. NOTE: Refused and undeliverable packages are treated as unauthorized returns, which are subject to shipping carrier Intercept fees.

How do I fix a shipping address error?
Please report shipping address errors as soon as possible! We will attempt to intercept order dispatch to correct shipping address errors, but if the order has already shipped, customer may be charged a shipping carrier Intercept fee.

What if I refuse my order upon delivery?
Refused and undeliverable packages are treated as unauthorized returns, which are subject to a shipping carrier Intercept fee.

What is a shipping carrier Intercept Fee?
A shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) may charge an Intercept fee when a package is undeliverable for any reason. Customer's are responsible to pay any Intercept fees that accrue due to undeliverable or refused packages. For example; if the shipping carrier must reroute a package to a corrected shipping address due to inaccurate address entry during checkout, or if a customer refuses a package upon delivery and the shipping carrier must return the package back to the shipper.

What if my return is misdirected or lost?
Jaded Secrets Fashions cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or misdirected en route packages or returns. We highly recommend returning packages using a delivery confirmation service. UPS and FedEx provide free delivery confirmation, while USPS provides delivery confirmation for a minimal fee.

Do you offer printed catalogs?
In an effort to continue offering high-quality, economical value, we do not distribute costly printed catalogs or promotional materials. Instead, we concentrate on keeping sufficiently stocked inventory, which we consider to be far more rewarding for everyone. Our Newsletters are the most efficient way to receive new arrival updates or promotional offers from Jaded Secrets Fashions. You only receive Newsletters when we have something special or new to share with you!
