    Can I change or cancel an order after submission?
     
    Orders process via automatic labeling systems, which make it difficult to change or cancel them after submission. Your only option would be to wait for the order to arrive, and then return it back to our warehouse. You will need to contact us for return authorization.

    When will my order arrive?
     
    In stock products typically ship within 1-2 business days, with a transit time of approximately ten (10) business days, contingent to postal zones. Orders placed on the weekend typically ship the following weekday. Jaded Secrets Lingerie provides shipment confirmation and tracking information following the shipment of every order.     Why isn’t my tracking number working?
     
    When a parcel is processed and assigned for delivery, a tracking number generates automatically. Typically, the tracking number is unavailable within the first 48 hours, or until the freight carrier updates the parcel delivery details in their tracking system. If you cannot use a tracking number after 72 hours of receipt, please contact us and we will promptly investigate the cause.

    What if my order is incorrect or incomplete?
     
    In the unlikely event that we mistakenly ship you an incorrect or incomplete order, Jaded Secrets Lingerie will gladly replace the order at no additional cost to you. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and promptly report any such inaccuracy.

    Who will be responsible for the return shipping charges?
     
    Return shipping charges are your responsibility as is a parcels safe return. Jaded Secrets Lingerie will not be liable for lost or misdirected parcels while in transit back to the warehouse.     What if there is a problem with my delivery?
     
    Freight carriers assume sole liability for the secure and timely delivery of a parcel upon acceptance. Promptly report any delivery inaccuracy directly to the responsible freight carrier’s local office. Be sure to retain all content, packaging, and filler material together (exactly as delivered to you), otherwise they may not assist you. Freight carriers resolve delivery inaccuracy per their specific guidelines, so they will instruct you further once you file a delivery inaccuracy claim.

    What if my delivery address is incorrect or incomplete?
     
    Promptly report any incorrect or incomplete delivery information. The freight carriers do charge a minimal fee to correct and redirect a parcel to the corrected delivery address.

    What if I no longer want a lost or misdirected parcel?
     
    Unclaimed parcels redirect back to our distribution center within 7 days of the freight carriers receipt. We will subtract any accrued shipping charges and the minimal UPS handling fee from the refundable amount due you. We will then refund the remaining refundable amount back to the original payment method.

    Why are products shipped separately?
     
    Although Jaded Secrets Lingerie makes every effort to ship products together, it may be necessary for us to ship them in separate parcels to ensure faster delivery of an order. We will honor any request to suspend order fulfillment until all products are available for shipment together.

    What if a product is on back order?
     
    Jaded Secrets Lingerie makes every effort to maintain an accurate online catalog, but due to product popularity and our first come first serve order processing policy, you may order a product that was in stock when you placed the order, but is no longer available for shipment by the time we process the order. We ship in stock products ahead of back order products, and then ship the back order products upon restock. If you do not want the back order product to ship upon restock, we will gladly remove it from “hold” status. NOTE: You never pay twice for shipping charges. Shipping charges are divided equally, between in stock and back order products, and then applied as each product ships.

    What does back order and forward order mean?
     
    Back order means the inventory required to fulfill an order is unavailable (out-of-stock) while forward order means the inventory required to fulfill an order is available (in stock) but order fulfillment is being postponed for another reason.
