I believe in the adage of; "the customer is always right" so I do my utmost to provide a simple, unrestricted, relaxed return policy. All I ask of you in return is that you please do not abuse my amiability.
If you are not completely satisfied with a Jaded Secrets purchase you can easily return it. I will even provide a store credit for a return that was a gift to you.
Returns without an invoice will receive a store credit in the amount of the items current listed catalog price.
A few select items may be returned exclusively for a size exchange or store credit.
Due to hygienic reason, law regulations, and for customer protection, I cannot approve nor accept select returns including, but not limited to; g-strings, panties, thongs, teddies, or any other such-like items which fit snugly against your secret places, but I may offer you an alternative solution for these return types, so when/if in doubt, please don’t hesitate to ask me.
Select items are on-hand, while others may be shipped directly from the warehouse, so please do not attempt to return anything back to Jaded Secrets without prior approval, as select items may need to be returned back to the warehouse location from which it was shipped.
Returns for whatever reason (incorrect size, don’t like item, etc.) must be accompanied with an authorization code (RMA number). Please be sure to read the return policy guidelines for complete return details so as not to incur any additional warehouse charges or fees.
Depending on the reason for returning an item, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from a refund or store credit, along with any return and/or item exchange shipping charges.
All requests must be received within 10 business days of the order delivery date.
Failure to comply with any portion of Jaded Secrets return policy guidelines may result in our refusal to approve or accept a request or return, or the return may be refused upon arrival without credit.
