Returns:

At Jaded Secrets, we sincerely want to ensure that you are absolutely delighted with your new merchandise selections. In fact, if you are ever dissatisfied with a Jaded Secrets purchase (for any reason) we encourage you to return it within 90 days of purchase for exchange, store credit, or refund, so we can make it right!

Returns received later than 90 days, but within 120 days of purchase are ineligible for refund, but may be eligible for a store credit, at our sole discretion.

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong merchandise, or the merchandise arrives with a production flaw; we will gladly replace it and refund your return postage, once we receive your return. Return postage is not refundable when you order the wrong item or size.

Our return address will be provided on your invoice. Although you are not required to contact Jaded Secrets prior to returning merchandise, we do request that you please provide as much return information as possible on the invoice. Please include what you are returning and why and whether you want an exchange, a refund, or a store credit. If you are requesting an exchange, please write the color and size preferences of the merchandise you want in exchange. This will enable us to process your return request in a timely manner.

Refunds:

Returned merchandise is eligible for refund when received:

Within 90 days of the invoice date,
In original condition and packaging,
With invoice enclosed, and
With all hygienic panty-liners, item pieces, and tags still intact.
Please state on the invoice the reason for your return.
Returns with the invoice enclosed are eligible for an exchange, a store credit, or reimbursement of the original payment method.
Returns without the invoice enclosed are eligible for an exchange or a store credit in the amount of the items current catalog listing price.

Exchanges:

The most efficient way to exchange merchandise and ensure item availability, is to place a new order for the merchandise you want in exchange and return the unwanted merchandise within 60 days of the invoice date. All returns must be in original condition, with all hygienic panty-liners, item pieces, and tags still intact.

Return Limitations:

In accordance with health regulatory laws and for hygienic protection; Jaded Secrets offers no warranty for;

Opened merchandise,
Costumes, swimwear, or any intimate apparel that lays next to your crotch area,
On sale or reduced merchandise,
Returns smelling of smoke, fragrances, or any other odor,
Returns that appear altered, damaged, soiled, oily, stained, used, worn or washed, or
Returns with hygienic panty-liners, item pieces, or tags detached.

Please understand that Jaded Secrets reserves the right to refuse or deem noncompliant returns as unacceptable and ineligible for exchange, store credit, or refund.

Return Postage:

Return postage will be your responsibility, except in the unlikely event you receive the wrong merchandise, or the merchandise arrives with a production flaw; we will gladly replace it and refund your return postage, once we receive your return. Return postage is not refundable when you order the wrong item or size.

Return Processing:

We will initiate return processing when we receive your return. Even exchanges, store credits, and refund processing is generally finalized within 15 business days. Please note that although Jaded Secrets will promptly reimburse your original payment method, it can take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card billing statement, conditional on your credit card providers refund processing terms.

Return Handling/Processing Fees:

Return Confirmation:

Please understand that Jaded Secrets cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected en route returning packages, as we have no control over the shipping carriers dispatching process. For that reason, we highly recommend you use a shipping carrier that provides free delivery confirmation when returning packages back to us. UPS and FedEx provide free delivery confirmation, while USPS provides delivery confirmation for a minimal fee.
