How much is shipping?
 
When selecting a shipping method; Orders dispatch Monday through Friday only. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will not dispatch until our next business day. Please note that additional taxes and duties may apply for shipments to Canada via Priority Mail International.

Are shipments discreet?
 
At Jaded Secrets, we realize discretion is of extreme importance when shopping online for intimate apparel. For that reason, every package is carefully wrapped and discreetly shipped in unmarked brown packaging, with no reference to the contents displayed on the outside.
 
When will my order ship?
 
All orders are subject to payment verification. Most orders ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) via USPS using either First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Expedited orders; (3-Day, 2-Day, Overnight) ship via FedEx or UPS. Orders to Canada ship via Priority Mail International through the post office. Orders placed during weekend and seasonal holiday hours usually ship next business day, except swimwear and cover-ups. Please note that order processing, and transit and arrival times may vary during seasonal holiday hours.
 
Swimwear and cover-ups are tailored onsite, and as a result, can take up to 10 business days to ship, with additional 5 to 7 business days for transit and arrival time. Once production is complete we may upgrade your shipping method (no additional cost) to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.
 
If we ship your merchandise separately to ensure a timely delivery, you will not be charge for additional shipping. We will divide your total shipping cost and apply it equally between each shipment. A shipping confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to you for each shipment.
 
When will my order arrive?
 
Total transit and arrival times are usually complete within 5 to 10 business days after order dispatch. Again, please keep in mind that transit and arrival times may vary during seasonal holiday hours. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email and tracking number you can check your orders transit and arrival status online.
 
When can I use my tacking number?
 
When we initiate order processing our computerized order processing system will automatically generate and submit a tracking number to the shipping carrier to inform them of a potential package dispatch. As a result, the tracking number is usually unavailable until the package is received by the shipping carrier and the transit and arrival time status is updated online. Generally, the tracking number is unavailable for the first 24 to 48 hours from the time you receive your shipment confirmation email.
 
Why was my order cancelled?
 
We do everything feasible to keep sufficiently stocked merchandise, but we cannot guarantee merchandise availability until we initiate order fulfillment. This is primarily due to item popularity and our computerized order processing system. When an item is no longer available for purchase; the order is automatically cancelled, you are informed immediately by email, and a prompt reimbursement to the original payment method is processed. We will ship any remaining available item(s) in your order, and email a shipping confirmation and tracking number to you, once your order ships.
 
What if there is a problem with my delivery?
 
Jaded Secrets cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected en route packages. Once a shipping carrier takes possession of a package they become liable for the secure and timely delivery of that package. If you receive a damaged package, or your package is lost or misdirected while en route to you, we will do everything feasible to assist you, but you may also be required to file a claim with the responsible shipping carrier’s local customer service branch. If your package arrived damaged; you will need to retain all packaging materials and fillers for inspection purpose. Otherwise, they may deny your claim.
 
In the unlikely event you receive the wrong merchandise, or the merchandise arrives with a production flaw; we will gladly replace it and refund your return postage, once we receive your return. Return postage is not refundable when you order the wrong item or size. Please read our return policy for complete item return information.
 
Can I change or cancel my order?
 
We initiate order processing via a computerized order processing system, and as a result, orders cannot be changed or canceled once checkout is complete and order confirmation is received.
 
Why was my order delayed?
 
All orders are subject to payment verification, and as a result, occasionally take slightly longer than expected to authorize. In addition, unpredictable seasonal weather conditions may result in order fulfillment, order dispatch, or order transit and arrival time delays. We will do everything feasible to resolve any confusion during these random circumstances.
 
How do I correct my shipping address?
 
Please contact customer service as soon as you become aware of any shipping address inaccuracies. We will attempt to intercept order dispatch to correct the inaccuracy, but if your order was dispatched, the shipping carrier may charge you an Intercept Fee to reroute your package to the corrected shipping address.
 
What if I refuse my delivery?
 
Please do not refuse your delivery! Refused and undeliverable packages are subject to Intercept Fees, assessed and charge by the shipping carriers. You will be responsible for any intercept fees resulting from refused or undeliverable packages. Jaded Secrets reserves the right to deduct these fees from any refundable amount, prior to reimbursing the original payment method.
 
Intercept Fees are assessed and charged by the shipping carriers when;
  • A package is rerouted to a corrected shipping address,

  • A package is redirected back to the original shipper, because the delivery was refused on arrival, or

  • A package was undeliverable for any other reason.
